AskMaisie is a bespoke wedding website and guest concierge service operated by Jack Gamrot. This notice explains, in plain English, what we do with the details you share through this website. If anything here is unclear, email hello@askmaisie.com.
What we collect
When you fill in our enquiry form, we collect the details you choose to give us: your names, your email address, and optionally your wedding date, guest count and any message. We also receive the technical information normally sent with a website request, such as basic server logs. We don't use advertising trackers, and this marketing site doesn't set analytics cookies.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, talk through what AskMaisie could do for your wedding, and keep a short record of the conversation. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: responding to people who ask about our service. We don't sell your information or share it with third parties for marketing.
Where it goes
Enquiries are stored in our admin system and may be sent to us as a private Telegram alert so we can reply quickly. Our website and systems are hosted by trusted service providers.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to follow up and manage early customer conversations. If you ask us to delete your enquiry, we will do so unless we need to keep a limited record for legal or business reasons.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the details you've shared. You can also object to how we use your details. Email hello@askmaisie.com and we'll sort it out. If you're unhappy with how we handle your information, you can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
